As a middle child of seven, I have been on a lifelong journey to celebrate and share what’s unique about each of us. Trust me. With seven siblings, sharing was a way of life.

I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and a Health/Life Agent sales license in Idaho, California and Arizona. That’s my practical side.
I was a Registered Dental Hygienist (yes, cleaning teeth), and worked for insurance companies, and consulting/brokerage firms until I left the corporate world behind.
I started my own business in 2008, right in the middle of one of the worst economic times. I like to think I was a visionary. I saw the handwriting on the wall and was ahead of the curve.
When I’m not writing, you can find me enjoying nature during my 5-6 mile walks. Or curled up with a book. Since 2003, I have participated in the 3-Day, 60-Mile Walk for the cure. I share that journey at my site, Why 60 Miles.
