No one walks alone

A true story of what started out as a quest to do good in the world. Determination and self discipline kept the author going back every year… despite soaking rains, painful feet and lost toenails. Not to mention, months of training and fundraising prior to each event.
Thru the years and hundreds of walking miles, something incredible and unexpected transpired. The author finds her true and authentic self and over time…she learns to embrace it. Most importantly, she learned self-love on her journey through the “magic bubble”.
The book was uplifting and an easy read. A good read that can be completed in one afternoon.
I do recommend this book to all … Especially those who suffer despair from being imperfect.

Not only is Perfectly Imperfect an entertaining and engaging read, it actually makes you think. We walk alongside and learn along with Cathy from the people and situations she’s met on her now legendary 60-mile/3-day walks.

What a unique, warm, witty tale! What I love about this book is how the author uses her own journey of personal growth to relate how our biases impact us. More than that, it shows how biases hold us back and get in the way of progress.

I didn’t realize just how many biases I have until reading this. What a great way to learn about overcoming your habits, and about perseverance! Great story.
